Right in the centre of town. Clean, warm and simple. The whole experience was hassle - free and convenient. I'd definitely stay there again.

Very nice and clean place. Easy self check in and check out. Location is top notch with lots of restaurants around. The owner is so nice. Price is lot cheaper than nearby hotels , so for people who travel alone this is the best option. My rating is five stars for sure.

the staff was very rude and not helpful at all , a few of my personal items was stolen even though my room was locked at all time, the room was disgusting also

After a severely delayed journey from England to Dundee, I was thrilled to arrive at Aabalree Guest House. I arrived at midnight, but the key had been left out for me so I could check in by myself.
There’s lovely decorations through out, clean premises and delicious breakfast which I can heartedly recommend 😊 I didn’t get to meet Maggie, but Peach made me feel very welcome and you could tell how much he loves Dundee.
Overall just a great place, will tell my friends about it ✌️🌸

Lovely wee place hidden in the heart of Dundee city center. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful in everything. The rooms are wonderful and very warm and welcoming. Definitely recommending!

This place is an amazing find a very short walk from the station and right in the city centre. Incredible value. Comfiest beds quiet. Great if you are visiting people at the University.
